The best place to hold the insulin pump on a 3 year old

We recently put our 3 year old on an insulin pump. We were wondering what the best why to have her carry it is.
She's to little to rely on the clip, which keeps falling off and she doesn't care for the harness we were given?

Since she's only 3 we want to make sure that she doesn't have access to it.
