Need a Diabetes Team

I live in NYC I used to go see a team of Diabetes professionals at Mt. Sinai. The team is no longer there and
they do not accept insurance, of any kind, any more. 1 1/2 years ago, I started using a insulin pump. I need some
fine-tuning and recently I was diagnosed with Adult ADD. I am on medication for my ADD and it has reduced my
appetite a great deal so now I an dealing with many low blood sugars... about 5 a week.
I need help, fast....
Is there any recommendations or advice you can offer me?
