The diabetes educators here tell me that they use a local company that makes shoes specifically for patients with neuropathy.
They make them to fit each individual patient. The educators do not recommend having these kind of shoes made through a mail service.
So your best bet would be to ask a diabetes educator in your area where you can find this kind of service locally.

Regarding the socks, it's great that you have made some that are giving relief. I attended the recent AADE meeting and one of the vendor
displays (that I cannot remember the name of) was showing socks for people with diabetes. The main feature was a soft elastic band. The
representative told me that diabetics should avoid socks with strong elastic bands.
